Message This particular cemetary is different from every other cemetary. This cemetary is for people who died in service, some violently in combat, some never even got a fighting chance, for our country. Some of their pals who witnessed their deaths may still be alive.

I would hope this adds a certain extra degree of solemnity, reverence, and respect to this particular cemetary.

Pulling your $10,000 riced japanese sportscar into the place, whipping out a cheap digicam, and taking pics (much less mediocre pics at that) using these headstones as a cheap backdrop, is a brazen display of disregard for that which should imply extra respect. It cheapens the place to that of any parking garage or other random public place where people take poor pics. This is not some random public place nor should it be treated as such.

Ultimately what heee's done is little more than a comment on the times we live in and how the situation we have today came to be. It does not surprise me in the least, though not because I necessarily hold a low opinion of Travis, I am reasonably sure he is a good guy, but because Americans these days have lost every single shred of understanding who we are, what we have stood for and fought against since the founding, and all remnants of shame, tradition, heritage, and good judgement have become erased from our collective mind.

He even knew and said something didnt feel right when he was taking the pics, but his solution was to hurry up and take them faster.

I dont want to attack Travis personally, but this was poor judgement and as said before, bad taste. Nothing new these days though, I guess we'll just keep making excuses for it.
